Given, equation of progressive wave,
$$y=15 \sin (660 \pi t-0.02 \pi x)$$
Comparing this equation with standard equation of progressive wave as $$y=A \sin \left(\frac{2 \pi}{T} \cdot t-\frac{2 \pi}{\lambda} \cdot xight)$$
We get,
$$\begin{array}
& & \frac{2 \pi}{T}  =660 \pi \
\Rightarrow & T  =\frac{2 \pi}{660 \pi} \
\Rightarrow & T  =\frac{1}{330}
\end{array}$$
$$	herefore$$ Frequency of the wave,
$$\begin{aligned}

u & =\frac{1}{T} \
& =\frac{1}{1 / 330}=330 \mathrm{~Hz}
\end{aligned}$$
