Power in primary $\mathrm{P}=\mathrm{I}_{\mathrm{p}} \mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{p}}=5 	imes 220=1100 \mathrm{~W}$
As $50 \%$ power is lost, power in secondary
$$ \begin{aligned} & P_S=\frac{1100}{2}=550 \mathrm{~W} \ & I_s=\frac{P_s}{V_s}=\frac{550}{2200}=0.25 \mathrm{~A} \end{aligned} $$
