The charge stored by the combination
$$\mathrm{Q}=\mathrm{CV}=20 	imes 15=300 \mu \mathrm{C}$$
$$	herefore$$ The charge on each capacitor is
$$\frac{300}{4}=75 \mu \mathrm{C}$$
