The circuit diagram of given situation is as shown below
The equivalent capacitance of $2 \mu \mathrm{~F}$ and $4 \mu \mathrm{~F}$ capacitors connected in parallel is
$$C_{	ext {eq }}=2+4=6 \mu \mathrm{~F}$$
The circuit now becomes
As, both the capacitors are of same capacitance, so potential of 12 V is equally divided in themi.e.
$$V_1=V_2=6 \mathrm{~V}$$
In parallel combination, potential remains same.
$	herefore$ Charge on $2 \mu \mathrm{~F}, Q=2 	imes V_1=2 	imes 6=12 \mu \mathrm{C}$
